Forms Performance Check

1. Check if iAS 1.0.2.2.2 rollup 5 has been applied, in which the Servlet bug has been fixed.
2. Apply Patch 4004671 : This fixes the template so that opm_sys_mtx.pid is having a directive
3. Patch 3762044 - Tech Stack Patch : This provides a liboprocmgr.so
4. If it is lower than rollup 5, then check for the size of the file liboprocmgr.so in $APACHE_TOP/liboprocmgr.so in $APACHE_TOP. It should be 84557 bytes
5. Confirm if the mutex file is created under /var/opt/context_name/tmp directory
6. Set the value for FORMS60_CATCHTERM=1
7. Set the value for FORMS60_TIMEOUT=60
8. Set the value for MaxBlockTime=10000 in formservlet.properties
9. Set the value for networkRetries=60 in appsweb.cfg
